Chapter 36: sister kidnapped
Well the amount of money for
selling the phones is a little high so the second hand dealer sent some people
to attack and steal the money in Chandu’s hands.
But the results are not to
his expectation as Chandu disabled them and looted their money instead and took
all the money from the second hand dealer too.
On the way he went and bought
a new latest model magic cipher.
Well to be precise he bought
5 magic ciphers and used the memory manipulation to distort the mind of the
magic cipher dealer.
At the same time Chandu also
disabled most of the surveillance cameras around the streets so as to reduce
his problems.
It was done previously too.
Only the surveillance cameras
in the stores or inside the ATM centre is working.
The local authorities were
already trying their best to get them only line but based on Chandu’s
calculation it will take them around 2 hours for the entire thing to complete.
This time is enough for all
the actions that Chandu wanted to take.
After he is done with buying
the magic cipher, he found an empty alley and removed he cloak and came back to
his normal appearance.
Using his power for so long
is a little hard for Chandu but the proficiency of the skill levels up quickly
and the used magic energy is being absorbed from the surroundings using some
special technique that he learnt in his previous life.
Well this technique has a
drawback that is the time limit of continuous usage and the exhaustion after
the usage.
Right now Chandu was very
exhausted because of using the technique for so long.
After changing his image he
went to a store that sells chocolate milk and pure chocolate sweets.
He spent some cash and ate
some to recover from his exhaustion.
Well he is not completely
recovered it is just a trick to ease the exhaustion and slowly recover.
This technique and this
recovery method are also from his knowledge and experience.
He went to a hidden alley and
took out the new magic cipher.
Then he started to input some
codes without connecting it to any magic network.
As soon as he did that the
original orientation and magic software has changed completely.
Chandu was able to see the
magic software of this magic cipher when he was changing their signal
positioning previously.
So it is not hard for him.
Now the magic cipher in his
hand did not belong to any previous magic signalling network.
He then connected to the net
and started the surveillance again to see what his sister is doing and other
news about his deeds in the past 2 hours.
But he never thought that
when he checked now his sister was actually kidnapped.
Previously Chandu only turned
off the surveillance of a specified region so the surveillance cameras near her
sister’s region were still active.
Well he did not panic instead
he stared to check whose magic cipher’s were active around her sister when she
was kidnapped.
If there is any kidnapper
that called someone that the plan was successful.
Soon after Chandu saw that
there are 2 calls one is from the store manager where her sister is working to
Henry which is not connected because of Chandu.
The other is the kidnapper
that called some loan sharks.
Well Radha did borrow money
from some loan sharks but there is still time for payment.
But there seems to be something
fishy here.
Chandu was irritated a little
and when looking at things he found that his sister’s magic cipher is still on
her.
So he simply tracked to her
current location where she was being held captive.
Chandu also checked if the
kidnapper was also beside her with some surveillance and the location of their
magic ciphers.
Well all of this happened
just a few minutes ago and nothing happened.
His sister should be
currently unconscious because of the chloroform that those kidnappers used.
They will not directly do
anything to her as they are waiting for the loan shark to come to their hide
out.
Well the office of the loan
shark and their hide out are not at the same place so that the illegal business
would not be snuffed by the officials.
He will only move after the
entire thing is successful so as not to get involved in these kinds of matters
directly.
The name of the loan shark is
Shi Hai.
He is at level 47 which is
very high and can be called as a local underworld lord of the city.
Most probably Shi Hai has
seen the information or image of Radha and wanted to make her his own play
thing.
For this he moved ahead of
time to get her.
If the call of the
supermarket manager was connected to Henry then there is a possibility that
Radha would be saved but this is not the case right now.
Chandu who is just a level 0
cannot fight with a level 47 even with his skills and the kidnappers seems to
be at around level 10 to level 20.
If there are only 1 or 2
people chandu can handle some people below level 10 with his current wits but
the current situation is beyond Chandu prowess.
Even in this situation Chandu
did not have any panic on his face instead he tweaked some things and made the
loan shark Shi Hai tied up in the place for the time being.
Well he made some fake calls
to the officials, distorted the traffic signals and even pointed the entire
hacking thing in the past 2 hours towards the Shi Hai’s office.
Well he let the police cars
move quickly and delayed the movements of Shi Hai so that he would not be free
for the time being.
Chandu did not even have a
hint of panic in his face as he casually went into a super market to purchase a
list of materials........
